As an entrepreneur it is invaluable for guiding the company leader out of the weeds and up to the tree-tops since delegation and trust of others to support fulfillment of your dream is essential. Covers all the stages and positioning of your company through the growth process, avoiding the failure that knocks down even the best entrepreneurs when growth outstrips capacity.

As such, it was very useful to get a common language and reference model. A very influential book about the stresses and triumphs of growing a company in its many stages. The book reads like a testimony and a manual on how to avoid pitfalls many walk right into. I would recommend this book to any business major or entrepreneur.
